 I highly recommend the Othman team. They helped us buy a nice newish home in NE Perris in late 2012. It was a smooth transaction. For those couple months, they were responsive to our texts & emails starting at dawn & through the day.


Late 2012 was a particularly tough market for buyers in our price range; limited inventory and having to compete with favored cash buyers. Town houses were out of the question. Banks wouldn't loan on them. Compounding it was our use of a VA loan, unpopular with sellers. This was really a positive experience with the Othman's. They went far beyond the legendary "extra mile". Their effort was tremendous and all they wanted was to help us get into our new home.

In late 2012 the news had stories of frustrated unsuccessful buyers making dozens & dozens of offers. I must conclude that our success in the 3 month period in late 2012 was largely due to the Othman's industry & experience. We only had to make two offers.

I've bought 6 homes in California in the past 50 years and in retrospect, I look back in disgust at the 1st five realtors. I'm being charitable when I say they were a mixture of uncaring, lackadaisical and/or inept. Of course, those were different times.  Sam and Eliza were the most professional and gracious agents I have ever dealt with. I was an out-of-town buyer who ended buying a short sale In Riverside because of its Canyon Crest location, after looking at many other conventional properties. The short sale process was agonizing, but Sam was reassuring throughout. He even picked me up and drove me back to the Ontario Airport on many of my house hunting trips.

After closing, and on my months away from Riverside, Sam insisted on personally checking up on the house to make sure all was OK and would even start and run my car for me.
